To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, the Guest Party releases the property owners and management from all claims for personal injury, disability, or death. This applies to the residence, grounds, and riverfront, even in cases of alleged negligence.

This property is officially “Not Suitable for Children.” If children are present by special exception, they must be under constant, eyes-on adult supervision at all times. Guests accept absolute responsibility for any minors in their party.
